1) Applicant and Guardians should read and understand the terms and conditions. If you need any clarity, you should discuss with EU ACADEMICS before filling up and submitting the registration form. Both the Candidate and Parent, Father / Mother or legal guardian should agree the agreement
2) Partially filled / wrongly filled application will be rejected. In this case you should submit a new application.
3) Applicant should submit original documents for verification/processing when called on to do so.
4) Applicant / Guardian should pay registration fee of 47200 incl GST through online to the EU ACADEMICS. No claims will be entertained by EU ACADEMICS for any payment other than as prescribed above.
5) If any false or misleading information provided by an applicant, retains the right to proceed against such applicant. Liability for false information rests solely with the applicant.
6) Applicants are admitted on the conditions they will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Universities, the country and agreements between the University and EU ACADEMICS.
7) EU ACADEMICS does not guarantee to the applicant, the completion of the Study in the University. This depends on the policies of the institution and the performance of the applicant in study.
8) For matters not specifically mentioned here, the decision of EU ACADEMICS will be final and binding up on the Applicant and their Parents / legal Guardians.
9) E U A C A D E M I C S is responsible for admission in the University and documentation guidance only. Any delays due to before mentioned or travel delay, ticketing / flight delay, natural or war or change in Government policies are not the responsibility or liability of EU ACADEMICS
