Terms and Conditions

1. Applicants and their guardians must read and understand these terms and conditions before submitting the registration form. For any clarification, contact EU Academics. Both the candidate and their parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms.
2. Applications that are partially filled or incorrectly completed will be rejected. In such cases, a new application must be submitted.
3. Applicants must provide original documents for verification or processing when requested by EU Academics.
4. The registration fee of ₹47,200 (including GST) must be paid online to EU Academics. No claims will be entertained for payments made through other methods.
5. Providing false or misleading information may result in action against the applicant. Liability for such information rests solely with the applicant.
6. Applicants are admitted under the condition that they will adhere to the rules and regulations of the universities, the country, and agreements between the university and EU Academics.
7. EU Academics does not guarantee the completion of studies at the university, which depends on the institution’s policies and the applicant’s academic performance.
8. For matters not explicitly covered in these terms, the decision of EU Academics is final and binding on the applicant and their parents or legal guardians.
9. EU Academics is responsible only for university admission and documentation guidance. Delays due to travel, ticketing, flight issues, natural disasters, war, or changes in government policies are not the responsibility or liability of EU Academics.
